The book offers a series of stories, exercises, and explanations to help the instructors grow their confidence in exploring movement as well. The boards underneath are in very good condition—minimal wear. The binding is tight. No pages are missing. The pages are clean and crisp—no folds, tears, or extraneous marks. The accompanying vinyl set appears to be in good condition.
