This is an easy to follow kit to make a hat. The hat in question is the Diamond in the Rough Hat as designed by me - The Crafty Bird. This is a fab winter or autumn hat, and is suitable for an intermediate crocheter. This would make a great birthday or Christmas gift for yourself, a family member or a friend. It's a lovely quick make and you can have yourself a hat after an evening of happy hooking! The kit contains the following: a printed pattern including helpful pictures 1 x 100g skein of 100% Merino DK hand dyed yarn 1 x 50g skeins of 100% Merino DK hand dyed yarn in a contrast colour 1 hand made faux fur pom pom You will also need: A 4.5mm ( Size 7 US) crochet hook Scissors Yarn needle Wool care: Hand wash or 30 degree delicate wash only. Do not tumble dry Pom Pom Care: If it looks less fluffy, give it a good shake. Try not to get your pom pom wet. Spot Clean only. If your pom pom gets wet, give it a blow dry to dry it and get the fluffiness back. All Pom Poms measure approx 3.5 inches in the body of the pom, plus the fur length - so those with longer piles will appear bigger. Most measure approx 5-6 inches including fur length. The kit comes in a reusable organza project bag, and will all come packaged in a brown cardboard box - all great for reusing or recycling. Please recycle or reuse where you can!
