Aug 6, 2014 - 4 steps for easy DIY perfect eye makeup using cello tape 1. Take off the stickiness by rubbing it on the back of your hand. 2. Place it at an angle near your eye as shown 3. Apply your eyeshadow and go over the cello tape with every stroke( you can also use it to apply your eye liner) 4. Slowly peel off the tape once your done applying the eye shadow :)!!
