On Guard can also add a delicious (and nutritious) flavour twist to hot drinks and desserts! Uses: Soak sliced apples in a bowl of water with one drop On Guard for a healthy snack. Add one drop On Guard to water or tea. Use a cloth soaked in water and 1–2 drops On Guard to wipe down kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Rub doTERRA On Guard on the bottom of your child’s feet during the school season. Before guests arrive, diffuse doTERRA On Guard to create a welcoming aroma. Directions for Use Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.  Internal: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid, or take in a Veggie Capsule. Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1–10 drops carrier oil. Cautions Possible skin sensitivity.
