Yunnan Sun-dried Wild Rose Buds - 2 oz.
These rose buds are grown wild and un-tended in the mountains of Guangyuan county in Wenshan prefecture of Yunnan. The rose buds are hand-picked and delicately sun-dried so they can be stored without losing their lovely aroma and perfume essence. Being wild, they are grown without pesticides or fertilizers. In Chinese herbal medicine, rose flowers are warm, slightly sweet and bitter. They have a regulating effect on the nervous system that alleviates stress-induced impacts on the digestive system, as seen in IBS. In high enough doses, it can help modify the perception of pain, and they are typically used to gently reduce menstrual cramp pain.* You can brew them alone (4 or 5 grams per 100ml brewing device) or mix with green tea, black tea, ripe pu-erh, or gynostema. * These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
