I originally received a BFA in printmaking from California College of Arts and Crafts, and after quite a hiatus have returned to making art again. I work primarily in collage and book arts. Rather than using already available paper ephemera, for the most part I create my own components using various printmaking methods and alternative photo processes. I add words and text occasionally to deepen the narrative of the piece. I delight in putting together the unexpected to make a balanced whole.
