Circa late 90’s. Capacity for this size is 4-1/2 cups per Tupperware. They designed this type of container to “help reduce spoilage and waste” because of the adjustable air flow. The two vents control air for the freshest storage. If both are open (high), storage is best for such items as broccoli, fresh peas, sweet corn, and spinach. With one open & one shut (medium), store such foods as beans, cabbage, green onions, or cauliflower. When both vents are closed (low), use FridgeSmart for asparagus, carrots, and ripe berries (in fact, most ripe fruit). It has been used and has a few minor scratches.
