This oddly satisfying metallic pen magically shifts its shape with the simple flip of a switch. The appropriately named SwitchPen was designed by CrushMetric who are famous for their avant-garde sculptural works that use the elastic properties of reflective mylar to create surprising visual transformations. When not in use, SwitchPen has a smooth cylindrical shape, but when you click the switch to start scribbling, the body of the pen crinkles audibly into a faceted geometric pattern.
