toaster oven option I use:
365 for 6 minutes on convection setting 

Please remember all ovens are different and this is what works for me. You may have to cook longer times or shorter times. 

If you’re using my shrink wrap: 

The shrink wrap no matter how thick will melt at higher temperatures if you use it. The shrink wrap does not require a heat gun, leave it loose on the cup and put directly in the oven it will shrink up on its own.
