The pencils include a White Chalk Oil which is smooth waxy traditional sketching pencil that is smudge and water resistant, a Black Chalk which is a dry, non-oil based, pencil which lays down smooth lines for easy drawing, and a Nero Soft which is an oil-based charcoal that produces a shiny black, smudge-proof stroke. Also included are a HB, 4B, and 8B Graphite Aquarelle which can be used wet, with a brush, or dry. This is an extremely versatile set for both beginners and professionals.
