Original Sculpey White 8 pounds S8W America's first oven bake clay Original Sculpey has been in the hands of kids parents and teachers for generations. Original Sculpey is soft and pliable and it works and feels like ceramic clay but will not dry out when exposed to air. After baking it can be sanded drilled carved and painted with water-based acrylic paints or Sculpey Glaze. After coating with a few layers of the glaze you can use any paint you like to finish your piece.

Superior quality sculpting compound Translucent pink-beige polymer clay is easy to condition requiring minimal hand-kneading or pasta machine preparation. Features fine detailing characteristics and does not fill in after tooling. Will not dry out; it remains soft and pliable until baked. Finish with thin washes of acrylic paint once cured. Or if using oils apply a water-based glaze first. After curing Super Sculpey bakes to a ceramic-like hardness and can be sanded to a fine smoothness.
