This compact, travel-friendly Kokuyo Dotliner Flick is great for scrapbooking, sealing envelopes, and more! Within the first minute of application, the adhesive is light enough for you to rearrange your items, but afterwards, it begins to set until it is fully permanent. The tape runner features a clever spring-loaded cap that's easy to open when you want to but hard to open accidentally in your pocket or pen case. To open the cap, slide the cap forward with a thumb and turn it to the right or the left. When you're done using the tape, turn the cap back to the center, and it will snap securely closed. Features: 12 m x 6 mm dotted, acid-free adhesive tape. Adhesive takes up to a minute to set, allowing items to be removed and repositioned. Afterwards, the adhesive strengthens and becomes permanent in about 6 hours. Spring-loaded cap. Refillable plastic body.

As you roll, the double-sided tape automatically rolls out and sticks to the surface. Since the tape is sticky on both sides, dispensing the tape became a challenge when they first developed the idea. To solve this challenge, Kokuyo came up with dotted glue on the tape.
