My hair was falling out abnormally fast when I was using just a grocery store brand. I decided to purchase this and it was a vast difference. Within 6 weeks I noticed that my hair felt much thicker and had a healthier texture than it had before. After about 4 months I started to notice new hair growing in around my temples where it had been thinning previously.I use the shampoo every 1-2 days, and leave it on for about five minutes, and that seems to work well for me. I do think you should condition as well at least once to two times a week as this shampoo can dry out hair over time.
