• Description:  Mixing Liquid can be used to thin liquid makeup or it can be mixed with powder makeup like Mehron’s Metallic Powders to create an intense opaque color that is water resistant. It holds for extended periods of time but still washes off easily with soap and water.
• Size: 4.5 oz. bottle
• Suggestions: The Mixing Liquid enables you to make unique liquid makeup for special projects in body painting and face painting by mixing it with any dry makeup pigment.

How to Use:

1. Add the powder to Mixing Liquid. Mix the Metallic Powder with about twice as much Mixing Liquid in a bowl.
2. Sponge the resultant formula onto the skin in a patting motion.
3. Once dry, you will have a very durable and totally opaque metallic finish on your skin.
4. Washes off with soap and water.
