The lower carriage tray measures 21 wide and has a built-in storage on it's bottom side that contains a swing out palette holder with brush rest. Easel angle adjustments are quick and easy, as it only takes a twist of large winged screw knob on the back of the mast to instantly set and lock the back leg to your desired position. A versatile studio floor easel that's built for extended use by advanced artists, but is also great for beginners and students.
