TRANSPARENT VINYL: This type of vinyl is clear and does allow for the surface background to be seen where there is no image. The ink is printed on a clear surface and on top of white ink where the image is. This vinyl does allow for some creative freedom when creating your work. SEMI TRANSPARENT: This type of vinyl is clear and does allow for the surface background to be seen. The ink is printed on a clear surface with no white ink behind the image. It is a transparent media and can create a watercolor appearance, or have the same effect as working with waterslide.
