This rich Coffee Cream Porter’s flavors and name are inspired by a Starbucks white chocolate mocha. Pressure Drop turned to a local Buffalo coffee shop, Undergrounds Coffee House & Roastery, to create a beer even better than the Starbucks favorite. Undergrounds’ Columbian beans are combined with Saaz hops, chocolate and roasted malts (for both color and flavor), and lactose. The coffee beans are purchased whole, give them a coarse grind and add them to the whirlpool of ingredients using hop socks. Buckstar starts with the strong, rich flavor extracted from the coffee beans. You won’t find bitterness in this brew though. Premium Stock Lager is a beer that pays homage to traditional brewing methods and ingredients used before the Prohibition era in the United States. This full-bodied, amber colored lager has a rich, malty flavor profile with a balanced bitterness and a clean finish, providing a hearty and flavorful drinking experience.
Prison City made this classic style to usher in the beautiful Winter season in here in NY. Its deceptively simple grain bill creates a wonderful malt complexity while the added spices were chosen to enhance and balance this delicate beer. Ardennes' Delicious Quadrupel aged in bourbon barrels
This Strong Golden Ale balances notes of orange peel and pepper along with distinct flavors of malt and oak from its time in Finger Lakes Distilling bourbon barrels. The lingering dry finish has a refined hop bitterness. Pair with robust cheeses, creamy sauces and grilled or smoked meats.
