The core measures about 7-inches in circumference without the fluff of the fur. The Brown Mix poms run a little smaller. And, as always, a quick blow-dry of the pom after removing it from the shipping package will fluff it right up. Pom Information: - The Luxe Snap-on poms are faux-fur. - Snap backing is attached to the pom when you receive it. Unsnap the back to stitch it onto the hat. - For best results, blow-dry the pom after removal from the shipping package. I highly recommend this step, it makes a huge difference.
