ORDERING Please email your artwork to [email protected]. Vector artwork is preferred, but if you are not able to provide vector artwork I will be glad to take a look at what you have available. You will be sent a proof of your artwork prior to production of your order. The default means of communication will be through . If you'd rather communicate via email, please let me know in the order notes. Once your mockup is sent, take time to look over the details. Please double check spelling, sizing, and your provided artwork. After approving your mockup, I am not able to make any changes. Patches are sized to be no larger than 4" in either height or width. Generally a patch made for a hat is about 2.25" to 2.5" in height. Your mockup will include dimensions. STITCH HOLES Stitch holes can be added with no additional cost. These are very helpful if you'll be sewing patches by hand or would like a more secure attachment to your garment. Please leave a comment in the notes if you would like stitch holes added to your proof. IRON ON BACKING A commercial heat press is required to provided adequate pressure and heat for the adhesive material. If you use a household iron, it is likely that the patch will not adhere properly. Recommended settings are 270-285 degrees 10-15 seconds with light-medium pressure. Care instructions: hand wash and hang dry. Dryers can be too hot and reactivate the adhesive. Thanks for looking and feel free to reach out with any questions!
