Candied flowers are great decorations because they’re easy to make, and you can store them for quite a long time. To make candied flowers, just paint the flowers with a little egg white, dip them in sugar, and let them dry. It’s really that easy! Which flowers are edible? There are quite a few different types of flowers that are edible, but for desserts I usually try to stick to flowers that have a milder flavor.
