A handmade ox-horn tumbler carefully carved from a single piece of horn with added brass rim and base.  This design has been 'burned' all over to give it an attractive deep color and then  polished to give it a semi-gloss finish. Height approx 6.5" / 16cm & capacity approx 13fl oz / 400ml Supplied in a jute bag for protection. All mugs and horns have been thoroughly cleaned and sealed inside with FDA-approved sealant to ensure they are safe to drink from. • DO NOT use with strong liquor or soda - wine, beer and mead are all fine
• Horns and mugs are NOT dishwasher safe
  
• Hand wash and gently towel dry after use
• Avoid contact with chemicals and solvents
• Extreme temperatures can reshape and potentially damage the horn

HOW IT'S MADE The Norse Tradesman Original drinking horn is, of course, fashioned from real ox and cow horn, ethically sourced from produce farms in which the animals are harvested for their meat. Horns are never taken from live animals and the animals are NEVER harmed. Each horn is cut, cored, hand polished and sealed with food-safe lacquer on it's interior. Each horn is truly a unique piece of Viking lore.
