Trust me you dont want that. Once its done its very hard to undo ! 2. CROCHET NEEDLE They have tools designed uniquely for micro locs. I’ve been using this tool for years so it’s what I’m most comfortable with. I also detach the pink end because it feels more convenient. You can find it at your local beautiful supply. 3. THE METHOD Push the hook through the new growth (hair that hasn’t locked yet). Place the loc into the hook. Close the hook latch to secure the lox. Pull the hook through the new growth (opposite direction that you inserted the hook. I do 3 point rotations. Meaning I do three different directions. 4. ROTATION COMPLETE the rotation is complete once you can no longer insert the hook. Do not over do it. You shouldn’t not be in pain once it’s over. That means it’s took right.
