PERSONALISED YOUR FLORAL TRIBUTE WITH CUSTOM PRINTED RIBBON IN A CHOICE OF COLOURS ON 45MM POLYESTER RIBBON. OUR CUSTOM PRINTED RIBBON is individually printed for you - with your text, printed as you require on your choice of ribbon colour. This is perfect for adding to your floral tributes, bouquets or gifts, whether for birthdays, funerals, congratulations, new babies, retirements etc. Send your flowers and gifts with your personalised greeting. Orders are usually ready to post within 24 hours. The ribbon is made from polyester, with a width of 45mm and is sold in any length and priced per metre. We also have other ribbon and text colours available in our 50mm wide polypropylene ribbon range. Please message for details. Our ribbons are individually printed and are not stock ‘off the shelf’ items, so we need time to prepare them. Nevertheless, if you have a very urgent order then please message us before 12 noon and we will advise if we can post it the same day. We will respond as quickly as possible. ♥♥ PRODCT INFORMATION • Made from 45mm wide polyester ribbon • Available in any length in multiples of 1 metre • The ribbon colour options are: Red | White | Baby Blue | Pink | Black | Purple • Text Colour options: Black | metallic Silver | Metallic Gold • As an option we can also supply polypropylene ribbon on request • Simpler fonts tend to look better on the ribbon, so unless you message us with any particular font requirements we will pick one of our regular fonts, with the text in upper and lower case. If you have a specific font requirement please message us. ♥♥ HOW TO ORDER • Put the required wording in the personalising box. • Use the dropdown to choose the ribbon and text colours • Just message us in case of any questions or want a particular layout of the text • Use the dropdown to tell us whether you want the print repeated along the length of the ribbon p0r just printed once in the centre • Select the length of ribbon required in multiples of a metre. ♥♥ SHIPPING / POSTAGE ***PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING*** • Please monitor your messages and emails for the next 24 hours in case we have a query on your order. • Contact us before ordering if your order is urgent and we can use Royal mail Special Delivery for next working day delivery. • Please note that the delivery times shown on our shop page are estimates for your guidance and are timed from when the order is completed and not from when it is placed, although for small orders placed early in the day, we try to ship the same working day. • Any postage options you choose are based on when the order is ready – not when the order is placed. • Our standard postage option for the UK is Royal Mail 24 – but this is NOT a guaranteed next day service. Contact us if you require Next Day delivery options. Orders outside the UK are sent by airmail – with Courier option available at check out for faster delivery. Overseas buyers in all countries are responsible for any additional customs, sales or import taxes that may apply in addition to those taken by when the order is placed. We will supply information on the customs form accompanying the package, to help the import process, but we cannot be held responsible for import delays. ► DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: If Royal Mail or the shipping/courier company show that the consignment has been ‘delivered’ then we regard this as having been received by the intended recipient. Once a delivery has been attempted then any additional charges for a redelivery are the responsibility of the buyer. ► RETURNS POLICY If there is an error with your order please let me know within 5 days of receipt.
