Toppers - Using 2 Toppers back to back glue them together with a small popsicle stick/tooth pick or cake pop stick between the 2 pieces. Let dry before using.5. Cupcake Wraps - After wrap has been cut out, cut a small slit down flat end so the tab can fit through. Bend piece connecting both ends together. place the tab through the slit you cut, glue or tape tab to the inside of wrap. Place cupcakes into wraps. For best results when printing, use a heavy, high-quality white cardstock, kraft cardstock, or linen paper.
