Meet the Double Chamber Bubbler This thing is SO SMOOTH. Have you ever seen a percolator in a bubbler? Well, this one technically has two! There are two chambers on this bubbler, both with a diffused downstem. These downstems create a lot of bubbles in the water when they are filled.
