Each ornament is made to order, with custom hand lettering by Dunkirk Designs — you choose the words, and we’ll write them directly on the ornament! Ornaments are made of clear acrylic that is approx. 3mm thick, with a ribbon attached. They are carefully wrapped and typically ship out within 3 business days of ordering! Let us know the words you’d like included on the ornament in the comments section at check-out, or via email (gen@) after placing your order. For optimal clarity, we recommend a maximum of three words, or two words + a year if desired (i.e. “the millers, 2020”). We recommend choosing a shipping method that allows wiggle room before the date you need your order in hand. Faster shipping methods will expedite the time your package takes in transit, but does not impact production time. We do not accept responsibility for any delays in transit. We cannot begin production on your order until your payment has processed and you have given us all relevant info for your order. The paint we use is permanent, but scratches may occur if ornaments are not properly handled. Handle with care, and clean any smudges or dust by gently wiping with soft microfiber glasses cloth.
