One-component polyurethane adhesive is designed for shoe production (gluing soles from TEP, PVC, polyurethane, tunit, genuine leather, rubber, etc.). Fast to glue and resistant to high temperatures.

How to use: It is used at a temperature not lower than 18°C. Clean both surfaces and apply on each 1-2 layers of glue and allow to dry for 15-20 minutes. Then the surfaces are heated with a dryer at a temperature of 130F and immediately very tightly press for 3-5 seconds. Final adhesion is achieved after 24 hours.

Add 3-5% of hardener improves the adhesion of all and especially difficult to adhere materials (SBR rubber, TEP, PU, PVC, ABS, greased leathers).
