The brand obviously is very intentional about maintaining an incredibly how level of quality in all of their products. They have never let me down and I’m sure they won’t let you down either. Like most middle age men, I had suffered with a receding hairline and thinning hair. Having tried many other shampoos with no luck, I figured I’d give this one a final shot and I’m glad I did. The appearance of my hair has changed drastically, it is rich and full now. In addition, the shedding has almost ceased! You have to be patient with the shampoo however. It doesn’t work over night. It takes a month or two for you really to start seeing results and then from there it just gets better and better While I didn’t feel that the shampoo help grow back a ton of hair, it did help minimally. But it mainly helped prevent further hair loss while making my hair appear to be thicker and fuller. When deciding to purchase this particular shampoo or the gold label one, I compared the two heavily, before I decided to just try both and see if I noticed a difference between the two. I personally didn’t notice a difference between the two different shampoos but the gold label does have some advertised added benefits. I have paid much more for a bottle of shampoo that i guess would work but they were so expensive i stopped using them. This line of shampoo is mid price range so I figured if they worked I could continue to buy them without breaking the banks so to speak. I have very dry, frizzy hair and the brands that I have tried in the past have made my hair so much drier and frizzier that I have to use extra products and heat on it to tame my hair down and it still will frizz up. Since these type products make my hair so much harder to style I never use them past a week or so which makes it impossible to tell if they will help with my hair loss. It has a very nice smell to it. When it hits your scalp it has a tingle feel like mint that some salons us when they give your head a massage. A little goes a long way. I use this with my tresemee conditioner. My hair comes out feeling soft and full. It gives your hair a lot of volume! My hair is stronger than before using this product, and it is growing much more quickly! At my age, you can't wait as long for hair to grow. lol. It has a subtle floral scent, not overbearing, which I like. I can't stand the big commercial brands and the strong, overpowering scent. This shampoo lathers and rinses well. The only downside is that because my hair is thicker, it does not style as usual after using this shampoo. I I am not used to styling thinker hair, so it may just be me needing to get used to the properly conditioned hair. I keep in mind that since I am changing shampoos, my hair will notice the difference and will act differently at first. I hope to purchase the conditioner, as I feel if this was sold as a set, it would be easier to review. One: because I have a lot of fallout. Two: because I swear by argan oil products. I do currently own more than 10 argan oil products not just for my hair but as well as for my skin because I truly believe this is one of the best nutrients that you can use for your body. There are so many benefits of argan oil especially for your hair. If used on the hair it make it shinier, smoother and really hydrates it. This shampoo is not the #1 best seller for no reason, it is an organic shampoo containing rich nutrients. It has a really pleasant smell considering that other organic shampoos that I have used in the past have a weird earthy smell. I have been using this product for about two weeks now. I have experiences a bit less fallout which i’m very excited about, but I am so happy with this product because it has been leaving my hair super soft and hydrated. I think that using an organic shampoo is the best solution for people dealing with hair loss because most of the time it’s those same drugstore shampoos that contain harsh chemical that damage your scalp and hair causing it to thin. I have been using for about 3 weeks and see no big clumps in the shower. I also want to preface that I have overhauled my diet and eat more fruits,veggies and egg whites than before,Because I understand healthier hair needs good nutrition not just topical application. The shampoo is free of sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), parabens, DEA, gluten, artificial colors, artificial fragrances and harsh preservatives. So it does have a different smell and I added few drops of tea tree oil to the bottle to help with that. I did not sneeze crazy after using this shampoo which means there is NO chemicals whatsoever because MY NOSE KNOWS ! I have really thin hair and it's shoulder length. I've tried everything to get my hair to grow. I was taking 4 different supplements at one time and biotin to try to stimulate growth and nothing worked. I was never really a believer that putting something on your head will help I've always had the belief that it's internally something that needs to be fixed. So I stopped taking all the supplements and use this shampoo twice a week. I stopped showering every day because I noticed my hair falling out so now I shower twice a week and wash it and my hair has grown so much. I'm new to the essential oil craze and have really taken a liking to the oil derived from the argan nut. I originally got argan oil as a carrier oil for mixing and blending my essential oils, but we like it so much for it's smooth and silky properties that left my skin feeling amazing. It was a no brainer to give the shampoo a try. My husband has experienced gradual hair loss as he's gotten older and was willing to try it out. Within the 1st few days we were immediately able to tell that his hair was softer, shinier and felt healthier. He really likes the way it lathers and rubs into his scalp. As of the past three years, I would see more hair than usual, come out in the comb and brush - especially after washing it. I've since stopped using chemicals in my hair. The directions state that you need to work it into a lather, and that's true because on its own it is not soapy feeling. I enjoy using essential oils and have been using and mixing different oils for the last year or so. I am by no means an expert on essential oils but am becoming more and more familiar with them. You can smell the tea tree and cedarwood essential oil in the shampoo.. I know some people don't care for these smells but I thought this is well blended and not overpowering. This product is listed to have Argan Oil in it. When I first put the product in my hand it had a very oily feel to it and my heart sank. I had to talk myself into putting this oily liquid into my hair- I already have hair that can tend to appear oily. I had to use 3 pumps to have enough to work through my hair (medium length~approx 4 past my shoulders), it did not lather well as most organic shampoos don't. By this point I was convinced I hated it- not just disliked…hated. I waited the two minutes as recommended and then rinsed, at this point my opinion started to change. My hair was soft, not oily like I had worried, so soft in fact I actually considered not using conditioner. I did opt for conditioner and all day enjoyed soft silky hair. I have been using this shampoo for over a week now and am noticing that I have softer hair, that is more manageable, I don't notice the build up that I get from previous products I've been using. I notice much more shine than I've had for awhile, and the shine Doesn't look greasy by the end of the day. I'm also noticing that my hair seems fuller and less stringy. After the original shampoo I do get a lather when I wash now, making it easier to make sure I have it worked evenly throughout my hair and scalp. As for the hair loss claims idk- I've only used it for a week and the bottle says to use it for 3 months to see results for hair loss. I don't have a problem with hair loss, but having longer hair it does feel like I find my hair everywhere. But this shampoo gives me LOTS of cotton candy feathers instead of bald spots. If I have hair product build up, I shampoo once, rinse then shampoo and leave on for a while. Excellent shampoo leave hair soft and conditioned. you can see the results in about a week. Makes hair thicker and shinier. My hair had gone thin because of shampoos and blow drier. I have a very sensitive scalp that is easily irritated by harsh chemicals, and this does not irritate my scalp at all. I use other products to manage hair loss, so I was looking primarily for a shampoo that would be complimentary to my treatment and this seems to work well. I think this is one product that you will be better off trying first, than trying those name brands. What I like about this product is that its all natural and safe for everyone to use. There is never a bad time to replace your old shampoo for something that can keep your hair from becoming lifeless and thinner. The added DHT blocker helps prevent hair loss, and the nourishing ingredients help feed the scalp and your hair to become shiny, full of life, bounce, and increase growth. When I used this product I notice after wards the shine that appeared due to the Argan Oil, one of the ingredients in the product. I was using ovation cell therapy shampoo but I switched over to PURA D'OR because it has better ingredients and it gave me better results and the best part is it's much cheaper. Hair is looking much more soft and thicker and not as dry and limp anymore. My hair was falling out abnormally fast when I was using just a grocery store brand. I decided to purchase this and it was a vast difference. After I wash my hair, my scalp feels soothed, tingly, fresh and clean. I also happen to love the smell of tea tree oil, so that was a bonus! The hair I see washed out in my bathtub seems like a normal amount now, and in general my hair just looks and feels so much fresher and stronger. I am also taking biotin because many other reviewers have noted that has helped. Overall, I give 4 stars, it definitely has limited my hair loss and I love the clean, revitalized feel and look of my hair after each shower. Every day I was worried about brushing my hair because I would see massive amounts of my already very fine hair in the brush. I did a little research on various products that claimed to prevent/cease hair loss. I settled on this product due to the great reviews and I am so glad that I did. After about a week of using the shampoo, I noticed significantly less hair in my brush/in the drain. My hair is shiny, full of body, and from what I can tell, it's beginning to fill back in again. The only thing I don't love about this product is the smell- tea tree oil, maybe? It's not terrible but it's definitely not my favorite. My mom has thin hair, so I assumed my hair loss was genetic. I went to a dermatologist and he said my scalp was healthy and the only thing to do was use Rogaine for Women. I found Rogain to be inconvenient to use for all over hair loss and it made my scalp itch. I was desperate to find a product that would slow down my hair loss. My pony tail was already half the size it used to be. I researched several products online, and decided to give this product a try due to good reviews. After several weeks, I noticed less hair falling out when I washed it. After the second bottle (about 6 months of use) my stylist told me I had LOTS of new hair growth coming in. Now, 10 months after starting this product, my hair is MUCH thicker with lots of volume. I will never stop using this shampoo!! It does everything that it advertises to do, and as an added bonus, it is an organic product! I am always skeptical when dealing with products that make claims like this one does, but it really does add thickness to my hair and makes it feel soft as well.
