TIME-SERT 11125BS Big Sert M11x1.25 Metric Head Bolt Thread Kit

Over-size head bolt thread repair kit most often used for Subaru.
Includes Free Shipping within the USA. This 11125 BS (Big Sert) kit which has an oversize outside diameter is commonly used when Heli-Coil or similar type thread repairs have failed. Any head bolt application that uses M11x1.25 head bolts can use this kit. Universal kits like this require measuring depths of tooling with the included metal rule. If doing a first time repair use the Time Sert 11125 regular size kit. This kit is used most often on Subaru and Nissan second time repair when HeliCoil fails. One hole that had a previous repair that failed and another hole that has not been repaired before (virgin hole). Can I use just the Big Sert kit to do both repairs? Answer - No. Time Sert only recommends the Big Sert for 2nd time repairs when a previous repair has failed and has made the hole bigger. The reamer is flat on the end and is not suitable for first time repairs since it will not center properly. The best option to be able to do both repairs is to purchase the 11125 for the first time repair and the 11125BSAO (add on kit) to repair the hole that was previously repaired.
